Now that I see that shrunk down version of Jeanie, I realise it is kinda difficult to read and I don’t have time to re-do it. Whoops. For what’s worth, it says, “Be careful what you wish for. I wished for a larger head and now my glasses don’t fit”. How unprofessional of me not to pull it.
To make up for it, here’s a picture of a Star Trek girl.

I can’t wait to get back to Girls in Space. I’ve been rewriting the ending to the Hell Creek story to make it funnier, more action-packed and saucier! Roll on December!!

More filler material, I’m afraid. If it’s any consolation, I’ve started to work on some Girls in Space pages again this week. December draws ever closer…

When I put out a request for guest art during the Girls in Space hiatus, it was always my intention that if anyone contributed I would return the favour. So, I’ve started to do exactly that with pieces of artwork I have given to Daniel Elliott and Tony McGurk.
For Daniel, I drew Cat, one of the superheroines in his webcomic The SuperPower Union. I was drawn to his female lead character above all others for some reason! It was fun to draw a superhero – something I’ve very rarely done in the past. Click here to visit his site and see the image.
Tony had contributed a strip so I reciprocated with one featuring Barry, one of the space-faring rodents over at TM Comics. I really enjoyed trying to keep the character design recognisable but put my own spin on it. Click here to visit TM Comics and see the strip.
Roland, Ben and Zoë – expect something soon (…ish)!
If anyone else is considering creating some Girls in Space guest art, I’d love to see it!
