The Prototype (Page 05)

I have just realised that this story starts quite similarly to my old comic Dr Sheep and the Aardvark, with the characters falling out of the sky!  I wonder how I didn’t notice that before?  Haha!  Just like Hitchcock’s trademark was to always appear in his own movies, the ‘falling from the sky’ scene is my trademark opener!  Expect to see it in everything I ever write in the future!

Still no word on the repair of my beloved iMac.  Hopefully I’ll hear something soon.  I’m grateful to my parents for lending me their laptop during this time of crisis (allowing me to write these very words), but I do really miss being able to access Photoshop, Comic Life and being able to load my iPod with podcasts for my journeys to and from work.  C’mon Mac Repair Man – you can make me whole again!!

Not many comics, online or otherwise, manage to get a chuckle out of me, but scotty must have caught me off guard. Thumbs up ta yoo mon, and for five extra points – ‘what’s worn under a scotsman’s kilt’
